Troubleshooting¶
The first place to look is the job under Activity. Its log usually says exactly what went wrong.
Nothing happens after an /agent comment¶
Check that the command starts the line and that you have write access to the repository. If it still doesn't start, ask your administrator to check that pull request events are enabled for the GitHub App.
GitLab issues don't start on their own¶
Lyzentra needs a webhook on the GitLab project, and adding it needs Maintainer access. If you saw a message about the webhook when you added the project, ask a Maintainer to remove the project in Lyzentra and add it again, or start issues from the Issues page.
"The token needs the 'api' scope"¶
Create a new GitLab token with the api scope ticked. Tokens with only read_api can't create branches or merge requests.
/agent fix is ignored¶
It only works on pull requests Lyzentra opened. Use /agent review on other pull requests.
The job says Waiting for model¶
The model server is offline. The job continues on its own when it's back.
"This project only allows free models"¶
The model you picked is a paid one. Pick a free model, or ask a project admin to turn off Free models only.
"Daily limit reached"¶
You've run 10 jobs in the last 24 hours in projects you connected. Try again later, or ask an admin.
The issue stays at Needs information¶
Lyzentra asked a question on the issue. Answer it there; the issue is picked up again once it changes.
There's no Revise pull request button¶
The run hasn't been published yet, or its pull request was closed.
If none of this helps, send the job's link to your administrator.
